Homesteaders Club Details
"In addition to the Santa Clara County 4-H Enrollment Forms, Homesteaders 4-H has a few additional items that are required"
Forms
Every youth member and adult volunteers must submit these two forms to the Homesteaders Club Enrollment Coordinator.
Reminder! Check that you have all the required signatures
Form 1. A youth treatment authorization form for each youth, and/or an adult treatment authorization form for each adult volunteer.
Form 2. A Ranch use agreement - must be completed by ALL Homesteaders youth members and adult volunteers. All the youth of the same family may be listed on one ranch use agreement form.
Fees
In addition to your county enrollment fee, Homesteaders 4-H club requires an additional nominal fee for members who keep animals at the ranch or have garden plots.
Homesteaders 4-H is open to participants, regardless of their ability to pay. Ranch Use Fees will be waived or reduced for eligible youth.

Where do I turn in my Forms and Fees?
Enrollment Coordinator will be at the Monthly Club Meetings and all your forms + fees can be submitted at that time. Enrollment IS NOT finalized until all the steps above are complete.

Where do I turn in Ranch Fees?
Please turn in all Ranch Fees to the Treasurer or Treasurer's Advisor. If you have questions, please contact the Enrollment Coordinator.
I haven't heard back about my enrollment?
Please email our Enrollment Coordinator directly.
Where do I sign up for Projects?
Project sign-ups are in progress. Please contact the Enrollment Coordinator to receive the contact information for project leaders.
