Every youth member and adult volunteers must submit these two forms to the Homesteaders Club Enrollment Coordinator.
Reminder! Check that you have all the required signatures
Form 1. A youth treatment authorization form for each youth, and/or an adult treatment authorization form for each adult volunteer.
Form 2. A Ranch use agreement - must be completed by ALL Homesteaders youth members and adult volunteers. All the youth of the same family may be listed on one ranch use agreement form.

Homesteaders 4-H Club Fees:
Check or money order only, made out to the Homesteaders 4-H Club.
Fees are $58 per youth and $20 per family. See the examples below.
1 Child: $58 + $20 = $78
2 Children: $58 + $58 + $20 = $136
3 Children: $58 + $58 + $58 + $20 = $194
Adult volunteers without enrolled youth = $20 per household
Ranch Use Fees:
For 4-H youth that are enrolled in Homesteaders Ranch housed projects there is an additional fee:
$5.00 per youth per month
There is no additional charges if you are enrolled in multiple Ranch housed projects and fees are adjusted for market projects. Homesteaders 4-H is open to participants, regardless of their ability to pay. Ranch Use Fees will be waived or reduced for eligible youth.

Where do I turn in my Forms and Fees?
- Email the Forms + Turn in the Fees to the Enrollment Coordinator
- Print Forms + Turn in the Fees to the Enrollment Coordinator
Enrollment Coordinator will be at the Monthly Club Meetings and all your forms + fees can be submitted at that time. Enrollment IS NOT finalized until all the steps above are complete.

Where do I turn in Project Fees?
Please turn in all Project Fees directly to your Project Leader at your Project meetings.
Where do I turn in Ranch Fees?
Please turn in all Ranch Fees at the Monthly Ranch Committee meeting, Monthly Club Meeting, to your Project Leader or the Ranch Manager.

Where do I sign up for Projects?
Project signups for 2018-19 have been closed. Please email the Enrollment Coordinator directly to be added to Projects; you can also check our Club Calendar for where/when Projects meet.
