Complete an online enrollment at ca.4honline.com. Returning members should log in and follow the steps to update your enrollment. Next, request to join our email list. This is important, so you know when meetings and deadlines are. After doing this your status will say "pending" until the county has officially confirmed your enrollment, which will happen after Misty has your forms and fees.
Each member and volunteer must submit these two forms to the club enrollment coordinator (Misty). They may be submitted in person, by mail, or by email, but must have a signature. Photocopies are okay.
Form 1. A youth treatment authorization form for each youth, and/or an adult treatment authorization form for each adult volunteer.
Form 2. A Ranch use agreement - must be completed by all members and volunteers, even if you have no animals at the ranch. All the youth of the same family may be listed on one ranch use agreement form.
Check or money order only, made out to the Homesteaders 4-H Club. Fees are $55 per youth and $20 per family. See the examples below. Please do not include project fees with your enrollment check. Project fees should go directly to your project leader. (Only checks or money orders will be accepted.)
1 Child: $55 + $20 = $75
2 Children: $55 + $55 + $20 = $130
3 Children: $55 + $55 + $55 + $20 = $185
Adult volunteers without enrolled youth = $20 per household
Please submit both forms and fees at one time. Enrollment will not be finalized until all the steps above are complete. Please contact Misty for a mailing address or to arrange a time to meet.
